- Your credit will be checked to ensure the conditions can be met
- We liaise with the freight forwarder/shipping company and ensure the transport documents are issued correctly.
- The remaining documents are prepared and presented to the bank on your behalf.

Subsequent partial shipments (if any) will be charged at 50% of the original 1st shipment fee.
Additional costs where applicable include:
Advance Payments - £95 +VAT
Balance payments - £95 +VAT
Collections - £197 +VAT
Open Account - £135 +VAT
Cancellation fee - 50% of the original shipment fee
Courier fee - £80 +VAT
Insurance fee - £35 +premium +VAT
Due to the complexity and additional workload required to process L/C’s for the following country an additional surcharge applies as follows:
Iraq Letters of Credit - £500.00 + Vat, which will be added to the original shipping fee.
For all subsequent shipments, there will be an additional surcharge of £250.00 +Vat.
