Wing Kingz and Yankee Candle among new stores opening at Touchwood this autumn
Touchwood Solihull has announced that it is expanding its retail and dining offer with the opening of four new stores.
Wing Kingz, House of Tweed, Yankee Candle and Indico Street Kitchen will all be opening at Touchwood over the next few months, with Costa Coffee re-opening in an upgraded space spread over two floors.
First to land at Touchwood will be House of Tweed, opening on 1 November. Specialists in creating luxurious handbags and accessories using bespoke designed tweed fabrics, the fashion store will bring a taste of Scotland to Solihull.
Offering unique designs on everything from socks to scarves, bags and clothing, House of Tweed is a must visit when shopping for Christmas gifts for loved ones.
On 7 November, Costa Coffee will re-open in a new unit spread over two spacious floors in Touchwood. More customers will be able to enjoy Costa’s fine selection of sandwiches, paninis and cakes with their choice of speciality coffees.
Spreading its wings and opening on 16 November is Wing Kingz. The restaurant bar and grill – whose speciality is mouth-watering wings (including vegan options), crispy fries and juicy burgers – guarantees a vibrant atmosphere with live sports all day, every day, and cold beer.
Set to be one of the hottest restaurants in Solihull, Wing Kingz brings unmatched vibes, the tastiest food and live sports to enjoy with family and friends, whatever the occasion. Guests will be able to take advantage of promotions including unlimited Wing Wednesdays or the £12 lunchtime deal.
Solihull is Wing Kingz’ fourth location, following the success of restaurants in Milton Keynes, Canterbury and Coventry.
Taking over the old Costa unit, leading scented candle brand Yankee Candle will also open in mid-November. Bringing warmth and cosy vibes to your home with beautifully scented smells, Yankee Candle is another must visit store for Christmas gifts!
Indico Street Kitchen is also set to open at Touchwood over the coming months, adding to the centre’s dining offer. Inspired by the unique tastes of Indian street cuisine, the restaurant brings the very best of Indian street food to the West Midlands.
Tony Elvin (pictured), general manager of Touchwood, said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming Wing Kingz, House of Tweed, Yankee Candle and Indico Street Kitchen to Touchwood this autumn.
“We continue to work hard to enhance our offering with the addition of new retail outlets and restaurants. These latest new openings take our tenant occupancy back up to 99 per cent, offering a fantastic retail and dining experience for all the family. We look forward to sharing more exciting updates about Indico Street Kitchen and other new stores soon.”
