Wilkes appointed to advise on acquisition of leading industrial protection firm

Wilkes, a leading UK law firm, has been appointed legal advisor to Beakbane Limited in the successful acquisition of Crown Precision Engineering Limited.

Beakbane, a market leader in industrial protection solutions, continues its strategic expansion with the integration of Crown, a specialist in high-precision machined components and sheet metal fabrication.

This acquisition represents a key milestone in Beakbane’s growth strategy, further enhancing its operational capabilities and expanding its expertise in delivering innovative industrial protection solutions.
