Vehicle fleet team eye additional space after period of growth

The fleet team at a Birmingham car dealership is on the lookout for additional space to keep pace with the growing demand for its services.

Steven Eagell Toyota Birmingham, based at Fort Dunlop, is seeking to expand – having delivered more than 1,700 vehicles over the past year.

With order books already filling up for 2024, partly driven by a surge in electric vehicles, the firm is looking for additional space to house at least 70 to 100 vehicles.

And business centre manager Simon Buttery is appealing to fellow Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce members who may be able to help.

He said: “We are really pleased with the growth of the fleet side of the business and would welcome the opportunity to work with fellow members who may have the space available locally to accommodate the additional vehicles.

“We are ideally looking for premises with access primarily between office hours with a focus on delivery partners gaining access throughout those times to carry out work duties.”
