Time to do some introspective work. It’s all too easy to look around, at external factors; government changes, wars, cost of living crisis and so on. And of course this does have an impact. But it’s time to get back in control of the things that can be controlled.
Start by creating two columns on a blank piece of paper and write a list of all the things in your business you don’t like. The stuff you’re putting up with.
Then in the next column jot down all the things you love about your business.
This exercise will get the challenges out of your head and truly understanding the extent of your current business upheaval.

The biggest mistake a business owner can do in times of upheaval and change is it sit and do nothing. These challenges don’t work themselves out.
The exercise above should have provided a few light bulb moments of what solutions you could put in place.
