Touchwood gets creative with vacant shop fronts

With an exciting new store coming to Touchwood Solihull next year, there’s plenty of work being done behind the scenes.

To cover the vacant retail fronts as work continues, the centre has come up with a creative solution for the store hoarding that has already got shoppers talking.

‘Touchwood Street’ is a collection of six fictional businesses from TV and movies spanning five decades, from the 1970s to 2010s. Touchwood is challenging its guests and shoppers to guess the businesses along the street… some of which are more familiar than others!

With just a 4 per cent vacancy rate, Touchwood has taken advantage of the opportunity to display hoarding long-term – it really isn’t something to miss!
