The Leadership Coaches announce team expansion

Since launching in 2020, The Leadership Coaches have worked with national and international clients, providing a wealth of leadership coaching services, development programmes, courses, and complimentary workshops.

Backed by a team of credible coaches who excel in all they do, the organisation is now thrilled to share that the team is expanding, with two full-time employees joining in September.

Ian, who is currently one of the twenty-two coaches working with clients, will be joining the team as director of Coaching and Learning. Ian brings his experience in senior leadership, facilitating training programmes, and client rapport to the team. Meanwhile, Rebekah, who currently works freelance as the Marketing, PR, and Relationship manager will be taking on the role of Operations manager.

Speaking of the expansion of the team, director of Coaching Zoe Lewis (pictured), whose title will change to chief executive officer, said: “I am delighted to see the expansion of the business.
