As a Silver-accredited CSR business, SMS Technology is committed to Environmental Sustainability, Ethical Sourcing, Community Engagement, and employment wellbeing.

SMS Technology has implemented various initiatives to reduce its emissions and have been verified as a Net Zero service provider.

They have also completed their embedded carbon assessment allowing them to quantify the emissions reduced by utilising their solution with an average of 87 per cent up to a 100 per cent if an organisation uses fully renewable energy

SMS Technology works closely with its suppliers to ensure that they adhere to ethical standards and respect human rights. The company conducts regular audits and assessments to monitor supplier compliance.

The company also encourages its employees to participate in volunteer activities and community service projects and is committed to promoting education and skills development in the communities where it operates.

So far, over 200 hours of STEM activities has been completed with two apprentices achieving level 4 NVQ’s in the last 12 months.
