Steakhouse unveils Josper Charcoal Oven during private launch
Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill, based at the Manor Hotel in Meriden, celebrated the private launch of its new Josper Charcoal Oven.
Guests enjoyed a taster menu of starters, steaks and desserts, sampling the enhanced flavours created by the new oven.
The day to night event was full of live music, including performances by a saxophonist, singer and DJ, as well as the unique entertainment of a caricaturist and silhouette artist.
Paula Moran, sales director at the Manor Hotel, said: “The event was such a success. Our new Josper Charcoal Oven exceeded everyone’s expectations, and the feedback from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive.”
“It was an event to remember, with a perfect blend of sensational flavours, engaging entertainment and an unforgettable atmosphere.”
The restaurant’s new Josper Oven enhances its grass-fed, 28-day aged beef, adding distinct and smoky flavours to its steaks.
Dave Wilson, head chef at the Manor Hotel’s Marco Pierre White Restaurant, adds: “Our new PIRA 120 LUX Charcoal Oven is perfect for cooking our steaks in a traditional style, whilst adding sensational flavours.”
“Our menu includes a range of signature, classic and sharing steak dishes, such as Fillet Steak with Garlic King Prawns, Ribeye and Sirloin and Porterhouse T-Bone.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming guests, both old and new, to taste for themselves the wonderful flavours of a charcoal cooked steak dish.”
Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill’s charcoal-enhanced menu can now be tasted every Friday and Saturday at the Manor Hotel.
