Specialist distributor launches new website to improve customer experience
Specialised cable management system distributor DP Building Systems has launched a new website, focusing on renewed user experience and improved navigation and functionality.
The site includes many new features to help users to navigate the site and find the products or solutions they need quickly and easily.
New features include product filters, allowing users to narrow down product portfolio, a live chat service with the in-house technical team and an opportunity to register details to receive free technical support and further pricing discount.
Director Rob White said: “We are excited to launch our new website to help suppliers shop with emphasis on technical support through our live chat function.
“We have also worked closely with our core suppliers to add as much technical content as possible.
“The next stage is adding BIM library of products we distribute.
“The launch of the new website is to support the on-going growth for DP Building Systems, and help us launch our new distribution units in Reading and Yorkshire’’
