Solicitor recognised for best practice in family inheritance law
A solicitor has been awarded a specialist 'Advising the Family Business ' qualification by a global association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.
Haroon Qayum, (pictured) partner and head of Private Client at Blackhams Solicitors in Birmingham and Solihull, has been awarded the advanced certificate in Advising the Family Business, passing with distinction, by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Timothy Cuthbertson, senior partner at Blackhams, said: “This is a major step forward for Blackhams, adding to the breadth of Haroon 's expertise which already encompasses dealing with the complexities of Cross-Borders estates.
