As part of Slug & Lettuce’s ongoing brand evolution and commitment to creating a new era of the brand as the ultimate social destination, Stonegate Group has invested £630,000 into Slug & Lettuce Solihull. The investment brings the site, located in Touchwood, in line with the brand’s new vision and is set to reopen on Friday 24 May ahead of an exciting launch weekend.

Slug & Lettuce Solihull has received a transformational makeover that has reinvigorated the space and aligned every interior and exterior detail to be a reflection of Slug & Lettuce’s vibrant ethos.

The investment into the iconic Solihull venue includes a complete refurbishment of the site’s large garden and terrace area, as well as the introduction of a stunning outdoor bar and dining facilities. The terrace has been decadently adorned with festoon lighting, luxe sofa seating booths and now benefits from a covered pergola seating area, making the site the perfect location for summer soirees, sundown cocktails and legendary nights out, no matter the weather.

In keeping with this theme, the site also benefits from a vibrant colour scheme, with the brand’s iconic flamingo pink and jungle green adding to the enhanced feel of the venue. Hanging light fixtures, neon signs, seating booths with a VIP touch and signature terrazzo and marble tabletops, in true Slug & Lettuce fashion, their highly popular photobooth provides the ultimate spot for guests to capture their visit and create their next Instagram post.

As the brand continues to evolve, guests can look forward to sampling Slug & Lettuce’s brand-new summer menu as well as their additional new offerings such as afternoon tea and midweek dinner and date menu. As well as this, their iconic bottomless brunch has now also been extended to 9pm.

As part of Slug & Lettuce Solihull’s launch party over the bank holiday weekend, guests are invited to join the venue as it hosts a weekend of entertainment as well as a ‘Lady of the Season’ themed bottomless brunch on Sunday 26 May to officially welcome guests back to the new-look venue.

To date, Slug & Lettuce has committed just shy of £2,000,000 to the renovation of three core sites to bring them under the new brand vision. Solihull is the third site to receive substantial investment and was preceded by the Brindley Place Birmingham and Deansgate Manchester venues.
