Second session of Bounce Mindset programme a resounding success

Future Faces, the young professionals’ network of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, recently held the second instalment of the Bounce Mindset programme at Forvis Mazars.

The 'Bounce Mindset' programme is a three-part programme designed for Future Faces members and supports those who ‘get in their own way’ of their career.

The second session looked at how your “why” helps you network, negotiate and raise your profile. 

The Bounce Mindset Programme is designed and delivered by Rebecca Mander, founder of GuruYou. She said: "We believe that building on your own strengths, awareness is key and we begin all programmes with this in mind, forging trusting relationships in a confidential setting right from the start by working in pairs to identify strengths."

Ibukun Oluleye, Brand executive at Tribera and Future Faces member, attended the session. She said: “I love when a talk blends inspirational content with practical tips, and Rebecca mastered the perfect balance. Interactive, grounded and optimistic - I left feeling empowered, having chatted with some many new, lovely people and a clearer idea on what greater visibility at work and life could look like for me. I was one in the crowd, but each slide was nuanced and could undoubtably be adapted and applicable to everyone in the room. Honestly, fab from start to finish!”
