Recruitment firm announce significant expansion across Staffordshire
Cannock-based recruitment firm BCS Connect has rapidly expanded around the Staffordshire region after moving from Lichfield.
The firm has is now based in Park Plaza to accommodate its increasing workforce and client base.
The new office will be spread between Suites 2- 5 at in at South Point Park, Plaza – three times larger than the previous space.
BCS has also brought it Charlotte Welborn, to join their team as specialist recruitment manager along with Trainee Construction Consultant Thea Benbow. Both appointments came in the first quarter in Q1.
BCS has been trading for 12 years as a highly successful recruiter in Construction & Civils Engineering, with director David Stevens providing 23 years of industry-specific skills and knowledge.
Richard Bourne, also a director of the firm, has expanded BCS into Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial Markets.
Richard joined the business in late 2023 and is spearheading rapid growth into these sectors. He brings over 23 years of knowledge and experience in these industries.
BCS Connect has recently made a substantial impact in the Industrial manufacturing and engineering sectors, supplying staff for temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, contract, and split placements.
The company has also expanded their water sector services. In addition to water treatment site Civils staff, BCS have expanded into water hygiene, where it is successfully placing specialist staff.
The recruiter is also sponsored Chasetown Football Club as part of their community focus and signed the Armed Forces Covenant to support ex-service and current service personnel with employment needs.
