Recruitment and job seeking trends discussed in new podcast
A new podcast which aims to make recruitment and job-seeking more rewarding and enjoyable has been launched by a Midlands recruiter.
Beyond The Book, a Transatlantic Chamber member specialising in marketing and creative recruitment, has launched beyond:talks.
The consultancy says some episodes of the podcast will hold value to business owners, leadership teams, job-seekers, freelancers and contractors, while other episodes are targeted at specific groups.
Three episodes are available now, with a new one launching every month.
The most recent episode discusses AI and how it is affecting the creative industry.
Anna Smith, co-founder and recruitment director of Beyond The Book, said: “Our aim is to help make recruitment, workplace, and job seeking that much clearer, rewarding and enjoyable and a podcast series offers us the time and space to cover a good amount of valuable insight.
“We want to share our own information as well as that of guest speakers, and we have some great ones lined up!”
