Recruitment agency secures work culture award

A specialist recruitment firm based in Lichfield has beaten more than 10,000 businesses to land a place as one of less than 100 inaugural recipients of The People 's Platform Award.

Kind Consultancy has been recognised in the awards operated by Hyer, a major global business news firm with a focus on company culture and influential thought leaders.

The award recognises companies that meet verified benchmarks for their commitment to fostering an employee-centric company culture.

Hyer evaluated thousands of companies based on their current and future employee initiatives, results, and accountable commitments to determine their rank in employee sentiment and employee innovation.

Along with an in-depth review of current and future measurements, reports, and initiatives, they developed an anonymous inside survey with a specific set of open-ended questions designed to uncover how employees truly feel about their company, bringing meaningful efficiencies to the primary research process.

The People 's Platform Award is designed to create change and accelerate the progress of companies prioritising the building of a company where people feel valued, safe, engaged, rewarded, and excited about their work.
