Real estate firm makes promotions in Birmingham office
Strategic real estate advisor Avison Young has promoted two team members to associate director role within its Birmingham office.
The team in Avison Young 's Birmingham office has made Stuart Paskins and Chelsey Henderson associate directors in its healthcare and lease consultancy teams respectively.
Stuart has been promoted within Avison Young 's 60-strong multi-disciplinary team of healthcare property consultants, surveyors and specialists working with NHS trusts, private hospital operators, care home owners, GP practices and pharmacists.
Chelsey has been promoted within the lease advisory division in Birmingham, taking care of commercial, industrial and public sector lease matters for both owners and occupiers in the region.
Avison Young 's strong performance in 2020 has also led to a total of 13 Associate Director promotions across the UK.
