Birmingham agents Siddall Jones have been appointed to manage a landmark Birmingham mixed use office and retail development.

Siddall Jones managing director Ed Siddall-Jones, acting for Aston Cross 4 Holdings Ltd, sold Rocky Lane House for £825,000 in May last year.

Now the new owners Swali Investments & Holdings Ltd have appointed Siddall Jones to manage the 6,332 sq ft office and retail building which fronts Aston Cross Business Village.

Adam Billig, head of commercial property management at Siddall Jones, said: “Rocky Lane House is a freehold two storey property comprising recently refurbished office space of 3,186 sq ft with the ground floor comprising three retail units, all of which are let and self-contained.

“Swali Investment & Holdings Ltd has invested heavily in Rocky Lane House as the headquarters for Icare24 Group and we are delighted to have been appointed to manage the development.”

The property is now fully let with the latest arrival a gym on the first floor in space taken by JST MVE Ltd.

It is located in Aston Cross Business Village in the Waterlinks area of Birmingham, within two miles of the city’ central business district and close the A38(M) Expressway, leading on to the national motorway network via Junction 6 of the M6.

Mr Billig added: “Rocky Lane House was a prime investment opportunity for Swali Investment & Holdings Ltd and we are keen to speak to landlords across the Midlands who are seeking to maximise the value of their property assets.”

Siddall Jones has expanded its commercial property management portfolio considerably since the acquisition of Bromsgrove-based 4D Properties in January this year.

Ed Siddall-Jones said: “Adam and his team have integrated seamlessly into the Siddall Jones operation, and we will be announcing significant new business wins in the near future.

“The acquisition of 4D Properties was a major milestone in our corporate plan to create the one-stop commercial property shop for business owners and investors across the wider Midlands region.”
