Rare recruitment drive for executive coaching company

An executive coaching business has announced it is looking for new coaches to join its team as it moves into global expansion.

The Leadership Coaches, a premium executive coaching service, is opening up its recruitment for only the second time in its history, as it begins a search to find new talent to help support its growth internationally.

Zoé Lewis (pictured), chief executive officer, said: “This is an exciting time for us in the business.

“We don’t open our doors to recruitment often as there aren’t hundreds of coaches out there who meet our criteria. But our business is now venturing into global markets, and we need to find more coaches to ensure we can keep maximising our growth.

“One of the reasons why we can claim that we offer a premium service is that we hold our coaches to rigorous high standards, and we’re very proud to ensure these high standards are continually met.

“If you feel you’re a coach working to a very high standard, then we’d love to hear from you.”

Having expanded significantly since its launch in January 2020, The Leadership Coaches has been identified by the Department for Business and Trade as 'one to watch' for global expansion.

Zoe explained: “Being identified in this way has meant we’ve been given mentoring from the Department for Business and Trade, and this has been invaluable in helping us to continue to grow. I can’t thank them enough for how they’ve supported us.”

While the criteria is stringent for any coach looking to apply for a position with The Leadership Coaches, there are ample benefits on offer for those who are successful, including competitive rates of pay.
