Property agents complete successful letting at Derwent Business Park Estate

Rushton Hickman has announced the successful letting of an industrial unit on the popular Derwent Business Park Estate, an established development located off Hawkins Lane.

The new tenant, Midland Tyre Solutions are the new tenant of Unit 1 Derwent Business Park which comprises 1,615 sq. ft of industrial space and sits in a great location on the estate.
