Leading Birmingham property agency Siddall Jones has expanded and fully refurbished its Jewellery Quarter offices in the wake of its new acquisition.

Siddall Jones announced its purchase of Bromsgrove-based 4D Property Management last week, a move which will increase the staff numbers as well as allowing the company to recruit additional staff to help with the influx of new instructions.

As a result, Siddall Jones has now doubled its office space at The Mint at 95 Icknield St, from 1,100 sq ft 2,200 sq ft and has commissioned SH Projects to carry out a new interior fit-out.

Ed Siddall-Jones, managing director of Siddall Jones, said: “These are exciting times for us as we are busy accommodating our new staff coming over from the purchase of 4D Property Management.

“We’re thrilled with the new fit-out delivered by SH Projects which includes a new kitchen area, a comfortable break-out space, new bathroom and shower facilities, plus the removal of gas supplies to make the offices more environmentally friendly.

“Doing what we do, we have noticed the need to provide a more flexible working environment in order to retain and attract staff and keep them motivated.

“The purchase and now the fit-out means that the new and expanded Siddall Jones is ready to deliver an even fuller service offering to our existing and new clients in what we are expecting to be a very busy 2024.”
