Promotion strengthens firm’s Corporate offering

Law firm Higgs LLP have recently announced a new promotion within their Corporate team.

Richard Freeman (pictured) has now been promoted to senior associate in the Corporate team, advising their Tech and High Growth client base, which is composed of start-up and early stage businesses, founders, angel investors and venture capital funds. 

Richard has experience in a full service of business legal support for companies and individuals, and specifically focusses on investment and exit transactions for high growth and technology-based businesses. 

Starting his legal career at Higgs LLP in 2019, Richard worked as a paralegal in their Corporate team and wider Business Services department until he started his solicitor training contract in 2021, and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.

Speaking about his promotion, Richard said: “I am really pleased to see all my hard work and efforts come to fruition with a promotion to senior associate at an early stage in my legal career – my aim has always been to stay focussed on the next challenge and I look forward to seeing what the future holds”.
