President makes personal pledge to Chamber’s chosen charity

President Naeem Arif has made a significant personal pledge to the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce’s chosen charity The Cancer Support Centre (CSC).

Naeem, who is also a director at United Carpets, will donate £100 each month to the Centre for two years, as part of the 'Priceless Support' initiative - a programme initiated by the Chamber committee members and CSC staff to help local business support the charity. 

Located on Lindridge Road, Sutton Coldfield, CSC play a pivotal role in the community by offering a wide range of services designed to assist those impacted by cancer.

These services include complementary treatments for individuals diagnosed with cancer, as well as providing emotional support and a listening ear to carers and family members.

Naeem's monthly donation will directly contribute to these essential services, ensuring that the centre can continue its vital work.

He said: “The Cancer Support Centre is an invaluable resource for our community.

“Their dedication to providing care and comfort to those affected by cancer is truly inspiring.

“I hope my contribution will not only support their ongoing efforts but also inspire others to get involved and make a difference.”

“Consistent support like this allows us to plan and deliver our services more effectively, making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

“It's heartening to see leaders in our community stepping up in such a meaningful way.”

Chamber members who are interested in finding out more about the Priceless Support campaign can visit the CSC website, with three levels of support outlined for businesses at £25, £50 and £100 per month depending on budget.
