Outdoor events experts celebrate 25th anniversary
An outdoor events business which specialises in converted vehicles for roadshow and parades is celebrating 25 years in business.
Founded in 2000, Commbus started with a mission to deliver a broad range of event services with a twist.
They specialised in converted vehicles for roadshows, parades and marketing activations alongside event management and event support.
The vehicle fleet includes double decker buses which can be converted into an event control centre, helping organisers carry out proceedings from a single place.
The firm also offers event equipment hire, marquee services, and staging solutions.
Meanwhile, another double decker named Deckerdence serves as a mobile venue catering to weddings, parties, and corporate events.
Deckerdence combines a vintage bus bar with the traditional bar on the lower deck with a sophisticated cocktail lounge on the upper deck with a circular marquee.
Founder Mark ‘Blakey’ Clark said: “When we started Commbus 25 years ago, I never imagined we’d grow into the crazy, wonderful world we have today.
“Launching Deckerdence 10 years ago was a dream — creating a space where people can celebrate, make memories & wow their guests. We’re beyond proud to still be here, doing what we love, and doing it our way.”
