One Five Six Apartments has launched a website showcasing the restored Grade II listed building that now hosts modern apartments in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

Developed by mother-son duo Hope Felske and Jake Davies, the refreshed website focuses on more flexibility, enhancing direct guest relationships and moving away from reliance on third-party booking platforms.

The new website is designed for easy navigation. It features rich content about the building's history, direct communication with the OneFiveSix team, and an engaging blog about Birmingham's latest events.

Visitors can explore detailed descriptions and high-quality images of the apartments, each blending historical charm with contemporary luxury.

Jake Davies, director of One Five Six Apartments said: “Direct bookings are a huge part of our strategy to create a robust network of local entrepreneurs and foster cooperation among Birmingham businesses.

“We believe working together can lead to a thriving community where everyone benefits.“

One major advantage of booking directly through the One Five Six website is that it offers better deals and greater flexibility than OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.

Guests can now take advantage of 'Buy Now, Pay Later' option in partnership with Klarna, allowing guests to manage their finances more conveniently. This initiative shows OneFiveSix’s commitment to enhancing the guest experience by providing more affordable and flexible payment options.

OneFiveSix is already attracting international interest, with repeat clients from Dubai, Canada, Australia, and various parts of Europe.

This international appeal highlights the company’s ability to offer a unique and personalised experience while effectively reaching a global audience.

The influx of international guests not only boosts the local economy but also enhances Birmingham's reputation as a destination for both business and leisure travellers.
