New peer network launched to boost Coventry and Warwickshire leaders
A new wave of business support is transforming Coventry and Warwickshire with the launch of the CW Peer to Peer Network, a collaboration between Growth Plans Ltd and CW Growth Hub Group.
Launched in January, this initiative is specifically designed for businesses facing the challenges of scale-up.
It provides a trusted space for business leaders to share their challenges, identify common ground, and collaborate on innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth.
The CW Peer to Peer Network offers a confidential and collaborative forum where leaders can work on their businesses, gain fresh perspectives, and enhance their leadership skills.
By engaging with peers facing similar challenges, participants can alleviate the isolation often experienced at the top, improve decision-making, and achieve a better work-life balance.
This supportive environment fosters the exchange of diverse views and innovative ideas, leading to personal and professional growth.
