New hire strengthens finance firm’s growing transaction services team
PKF Smith Cooper has welcomed Transaction Services executive Amrit Singh to the firm’s growing team.
Amrit (pictured) joins from a corporate finance boutique, where she worked as an Analyst. Prior to commencing her career, Amrit studied Accounting and Finance at University of Birmingham, at a time when she also undertook part-time bookkeeping and administrative roles.
She supports her team with financial due diligence, valuation and financial modelling engagements, as well as supporting with wider advisory services.
The Transaction Services team at PKF Smith Cooper is continuing to grow and the recruitment of Amrit comes shortly after the addition of Transaction Services Director Thomas Sinden in January this year.
