These strategic hires further strengthen the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional financial support and services to clients across the region.

Chasz Coulsting has been appointed as Director of Corporate Finance while Daphne Hemingway is now VAT Director of Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax.

The Jerroms Group continues to strengthen its Corporate Finance team with the appointment of Chasz. Working with David Fletcher, director, and the rest of the corporate finance team, Chasz will focus on developing and growing the Corporate Finance and Transaction Support offering at Jerroms.

Chasz’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, and transaction support, alongside broader advisory services, including valuations, forecasting, business planning and restructuring.

In his career, he has held positions at Crowe, Begbies Traynor and Leonard Curtis, where he specialised in restructuring advisory services.

Daphne Hemingway, will work alongside Pete Miller, Director & Head of Corporate Tax, labelled one of the ICAEW’s 'Top Online UK Influencers' in 2023 and Nick Wright, Director & podcast host for ‘Jerroms Miller Tax Hour’.
