Local business leaders are set to benefit from a new exclusive networking club launching this month in Solihull.

The initiative, named "Moving Solihull Forward", aims to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth within the local business community.

Hosted at the ARMCO Arena, home of Solihull Moors Football Club, the inaugural event of the Solihull Business Club took place today, Thursday, 3 October 2024.

The invite-only gathering brought together key figures from the local business scene for an afternoon of networking, knowledge-sharing, and community building.

Darryl Wilkes of Davisons Law, the legal firm behind the initiative, said: "We are thrilled to launch the Solihull Business Club. As a firm deeply rooted in Solihull, it's crucial for us to support and engage with the local business community. This club, in partnership with Solihull Moors, provides an excellent platform for local businesses to connect, share ideas, and drive Solihull's economy forward."

The launch event featured talks from local business leaders, including Darryl Eales, Chairman of Solihull Moors FC. Attendees also had the opportunity to introduce their businesses, fostering new connections and potential collaborations.

Mr Eales added: "This business club is a natural extension of our excellent working relationship with Davisons Law and our shared commitment to a thriving, successful Solihull. We're excited to host these events and contribute to the local business ecosystem."

The launch of the Solihull Business Club coincides with Davisons Law becoming a Principal Partner of Solihull Moors FC for the 2024/25 season. This expanded partnership underscores the commitment to the local community and its businesses.

Future events are already in planning, with dates being discussed for further meetings in December, March, and May 2025.
