‘Mindfulness through music’ sessions at Sutton Coldfield centre
The Gracechurch Centre in Sutton Coldfield is hosting a series of ‘Mindfulness Through Music’ sessions during November to mark Stress Awareness Month.
The Cherished Connection Hub is welcoming Chamber member Will Crawford (pictured) of quietnote for the sessions which run every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm.
With the holiday season approaching and colder days setting in, these weekly sessions offer participants a chance to unwind, build resilience and relax through guided musical meditations.
Attendees will be guided through mindfulness exercises that reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote relaxation.
The sessions help participants to develop stress management skills that can be integrated into daily life, with the support of a welcoming community.
Will Crawford is a committee member of Future Faces, the young professionals arm of the Chamber.
He is also the Future Faces ambassador for the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.
Spaces for the rest of the November sessions are still available - email hell@cherisheduk.org to book your place.
