Midlands training provider announces key strategic partnerships to further growth
West Midlands based talent development, apprenticeships and training provider, The Development Manager (TDM), has announced key strategic partnerships with large organisations across the UK to enhance their talent development initiatives.
The recent collaborations with Ordnance Survey, Wavenet, Keys Group and West Midlands Police, has focused on delivering bespoke virtual learning environments and tailored apprenticeship solutions, designed to support workforce reskilling, recruitment, and long-term talent growth for employers across the UK.
As businesses increasingly face the challenge of adapting to a rapidly changing economy, TDM’s innovative approach offers companies a unique opportunity to strengthen their workforce by providing employer-specific training programmes, ranging from beginner to BSc (Hons) Degree.
These programmes are carefully aligned with bespoke organisational goals, offering an unparalleled blend of practical skills development and learning outcomes that ensure maximum impact.
Through these partnerships, TDM specialises in three main areas of organisational talent development.
The first of these being Bespoke Apprenticeship and Training Delivery, consulting on and implementing employer-focused Apprenticeship programmes tailored to meet the unique needs of each organisation.
TDM’s expert coaches deliver custom-built Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps to develop talent aligned with business goals and objectives.
TDM also provides Access to Funding Support, working closely with businesses to access government Training & Apprenticeship funding, making large-scale talent development and reskilling projects not only achievable, but financially sustainable. For large organisations, this includes consultancy support on leveraging the Apprenticeship Levy for their own training needs.
The final area of focus for TDM is a Bespoke Virtual Learning Environment for company talent experience, supporting organisations to harness Knowledge Management and Learning & Development.
A way to systematically work with employers, via clear digital engagement systems, to ensure their employees learn, engage and perform to ultimately achieve mastery in their professional roles, aligned with the company’s missions.
Derrin Kent, managing director and director of Studies at TDM said: “It’s not just technology that is changing – there’s a whole new workforce coming in with their own ideas and goals, giving employers a whole new perspective on how things can be done.
“They are raising big questions and TDM would like to be part of the conversation with employers and their workforce about the whole talent experience and how it can be practically applied.”
