MasterChef star Pookie comes to Touchwood

Touchwood Solihull recently welcomed MasterChef star Pookie Tredell (pictured) for a VIP evening of culinary wonder.

Hosted in the centre at Italian restaurant Emporio Artari from 5.30-7.30pm, guests at the exclusive event were treated to a welcome drink, food sampling and culinary demonstrations from Pookie in the kitchen.

Pookie, who describes herself as “a chef with plenty of imagination ”, is a local Solihull resident and rose to fame last summer when she was the runner-up on MasterChef UK 2022.

Touchwood Marketing Manager Lucy Burnett said: “As a Solihull resident herself, it 's great to welcome Pookie to the centre to celebrate local talent and showcase the excellent culinary offering on our doorstep. This was a brand-new and unique event where guests were able to meet the star, as well as enjoy an amazing culinary experience. ”
