Swof Media, a marketing agency based in Birmingham, has announced a new partnership with USEPH to train their team on CRM migration.

The goal of the partnership is to enhance the agency's services for their client roster and to help the team feel more confident with digital tools and automation.

The partnership comes during a time where by 2030, McKinley and Company predict that 70 per cent of all administrative work and manual processes will be automated.

The firm has also made new commitments to professional development, funding a Level 6/degree equivalent for marketing manager Jay Muldoon while investing in further training for the marketing team in April.

Jay Muldoon said: “In a changing digital world, it’s really important all teams, but especially marketers, are confident in their digital abilities, and when talking about automation or generative AI.”

Founder Steve Swoffer said: “We’ve had a great start to the year and have reached our Q1 targets already.

“We’re fortunate to be in a position to continue working with such great clients and consequently have the confidence to invest in professional development for our growing team.”
