A Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber member who specialises in designs, crafts and gifts has developed a new range of merchandise for Visit Knowle.

Live2dream and Solihull-based business body Visit Knowle were brought together during a Chamber networking event.

Kim Hulse, one of Visit Knowle’s founders, was seeking an artist to capture the essence of Knowle village for a new range of merchandise.

She approached Jackie of Love2dream.

Kim explains: “On arrival, the first person I spoke to was Jackie, of Love2dream, a member of Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber.

“I was immediately impressed by her work so we quickly made a date to discuss the exciting opportunity".

Jackie said: "I started my business by drawing buildings in Lichfield, where I now live and have expanded my range to include more places and products.

“People have a strong connection to where they live and I enjoy capturing the character of a place in my drawings.

“I am focussing on areas covered by Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce when drawing new locations and Knowle is so picturesque, it was an obvious choice. I'm certainly seeing the benefit of attending neighbouring Chamber events”.

The merchandise is designed to appeal to both residents and visitors alike, offering a tangible way to connect with the spirit of Knowle.

The range includes everything from tote bags to Christmas cards.

Kim added: “We are delighted to introduce our first merchandise collection, which celebrates the wonderful community of Knowle.

“We believe that these products will not only be a great way for people to show their love for the area, whether buying for themselves or as a gift but our proceeds will go towards funding the work of Visit Knowle.”

The merchandise went on sale at the Artisan Market on Station Road, Knowle on Saturday 14 September.
