Common Purpose, who specialize in leadership development, have announced that they are proud to continue their partnership with Future Faces by sponsoring the Greater Birmingham Young Professional Awards.

This year, Common Purpose say they are excited to announce that the winner of the Future Faces Ambassador Award will receive a complimentary place on their Beacon Programme. Designed for emerging leaders, Beacon provides invaluable skills and insights to those poised to lead organizations in the future. Participants gain the tools to lead with ambition and creativity, build impactful relationships, and drive significant organizational change.

Common Purpose is dedicated to developing leaders who can navigate and bridge social and cultural divides, equipping them to tackle complex challenges in both professional and societal contexts.

Reflecting on his experience, last year's award winner Adam Gadsby shared: “Common Purpose was a brilliant experience that allowed me to acquire and refine several new skills crucial for my daily leadership challenges. Beyond that, the greatest benefit has been expanding my network with fellow leaders from across the UK. The collaborative environment and shared brainstorming sessions have provided me with invaluable insights and peer mentoring that will remain a cornerstone of my career.”

Avni Ahuja, development director for the Midlands at Common Purpose, added: “At Common Purpose, we are thrilled to support the Greater Birmingham Young Professional Awards. We believe in the transformative power of leadership and the incredible potential of young professionals to shape our future. This event not only honors the remarkable achievements of emerging leaders but also provides a platform that nurtures and recognizes the leaders of tomorrow. We are excited to be part of this journey and to contribute to the growth of our future leaders.”
