Leadership consultancy to deliver project management training masterclass and toolkit

A new project management toolkit has been launched by Strategus Consulting.

The toolkit, named as Project SMART is an acronym for Strategy, Management, Alignment, Resources, and Targets.

It covers many vital aspects including competitive advantage, project strategy, management, and customer experience and is structured across five modules.

Strategus Consulting are an award winning multi-disciplinary business and leadership consultants specialising in business strategy and planning, project management and coaching and mentoring.

The aim of the consultancy is to work with clients on live projects together while offering ongoing mentoring and ad hoc services.
