Leadership coach receives award after delivering 1000 programmes

A leadership coach has been honoured with a certificate of recognition after conducting over 1000 developments programmes.

Mark Tonks, the founder of Orange and Blue UK received this recognition from Leadership Management International (LMI) managing director Nick Howes.

Mark became part of the LMI-UK team in 2001 after a successful 20 career in the surface coatings industry, and later set up Orange and Blue UK, a leadership and personal development firm.

He has also navigated a major recession, a global pandemic and a life threatening illness along the journey.

Last month, Mark re-launched the Leaders Lunch and Connect event at Birmingham City FC with their CEO Jeremy Dale as principal speaker.

Mark also founded the Long Walk Home, raising over £60k for local cahrities over the last 10 years.

The next milestone of fundraising will be a 25 mile treasure hunt, taking place on May 4. This will coincide with Mark’s 10th anniversary of surviving major heart surgery.
