Leadership and development expert to speak at Chamber report launch
A leadership expert whose techniques include working with her herd of horses to transform nonverbal leadership and team behaviours will speak at the launch of a forthcoming Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce report launch.
Jude Jennison (pictured), founder of Leaders By Nature, is the first guest speaker confirmed for the Quarterly Business Report Q4 event on 6 February.
The event at Birmingham City University will focus on the theme of supporting entrepreneurship in Greater Birmingham.
Jude's company, Leaders by Nature, is a leadership and team development firm that helps businesses lead rapid growth and disruptive change by empowering and upskilling their leadership team.
Her unusual approach includes working with her herd of horses to transform nonverbal leadership and team behaviours.
Her clients include blue chip companies and fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses.
Jude is a bestselling author of three leadership books and host of the podcast ‘Leading Through Uncertainty’.
Her leadership experience includes 14 years running a business and 17 years in IBM where she managed a budget of $1 billion and led UK, European and global teams.
As the GBCC flagship economic publication, the Quarterly Business Report is the most comprehensive regular report of its kind in the city-region.
Underpinning the report is data gathered from quarterly surveys completed by businesses from across the Greater Birmingham area.
The Quarterly Business Report event is delivered in partnership with Chamber patron Birmingham City University.
Delegates in attendance will have the opportunity to receive a copy of the report and watch a detailed presentation of the results and wider trends, followed by keynote talks on entrepreneurship, featuring Jude's business success story and outlining the support on offer for entrepreneurs in the city-region.
The second keynote speaker will be confirmed shortly.
