Lawyers assist in the sale of steel profiling firm

Law firm PKF Smith Cooper has helped the Roger Dyson Group to acquire Colstan Profiles Limited out of administration.

With over 35 years of experience, Colstan Profiles is a multi-generational business with a team of 17 employees and has an established client base, specialising in precision cutting and processing services for various industries.

The Roger Dyson Group is a well-known business based in Droitwich and has been trading successfully since 1969. They maintain a renowned reputation for manufacturing the best quality recovery system in Europe.
