Law firm continues expansion with new office location

Davisons Law has announced the opening of its 13th office, based in the heart of Coventry.

Located at 12 Warwick Row, the office is only a five-minute walk from the bustling city centre and local train station, making it easily accessible for clients.

Having historically worked with many of the local estate agents and clients within Coventry, the newly refurbished office will specialist in providing advice on all aspects of Property Law and Residential Conveyancing, which means that clients will be welcome to drop in anytime to ask for conveyancing advice or receive an update on the status of their house move.

The new office location holds a prominent position amongst a host of local Estate Agents offices.

Davisons acquired the space in July 2023, as part of the firm’s long-term strategy to consolidate its position as the largest conveyancing practice in the Midlands and the sixth largest in the country, (as verified by the latest Land Registry Transaction data).

The acquisition is the latest part of Davisons Law’s rapid expansion that has seen it recently open new offices in Lichfield, Leamington Spa and Streatham (London) and embark on a recruitment drive that has almost doubled its workforce to over 450. 

Davisons Law has carefully recruited a dedicated team of highly experienced solicitors who have a wealth of knowledge on the local area and local market of Coventry.

The firm is opening its doors to clients this month and the new Head of Coventry office Marcus Walker said: “We’re very excited to be opening in Coventry. I am a local lad and feel proud to be able to bring a valuable service to the community here.’’
