Law and HR services firm awarded excellence accreditation

Schofield & Associates, specialist employment law and HR services business based in Solihull, has announced it has once again been awarded the Lexcel accreditation kitemark of excellence by The Law Society.

Lexcel is The Law Society’s assessment of legal practice quality mark or client care, compliance and practice management, and is awarded to firms following a rigorous audit across all aspects of the firm. Lexcel is awarded to 17 per cent of law firms.

Schofield & Associates have extensive experience of handling matters on behalf of both employers and employees in all areas of employment law across a wide range of industry sectors on a nationwide basis. They also operate a specialist HR division, which provides a range of flexible human resource option packages to businesses, tailored to suit their individual requirements.

Areas of good practice were identified during the assessment which evidence either a diligent approach to complying with the requirements or identify areas in which the minimum Lexcel requirement has been exceeded.
