Sarah Griffiths (pictured), director of PMO at Intercity Technology, has taken over the baton of Future Faces president from Kasim Choudhry, who will now serve as honourary chair of the committee.

Sarah is a Women in Tech ambassador, and her passion for Future Faces is driven by her commitment to fostering growth and development.

She has seen, and has benefited from, the transformative impact of mentorship, training, and community engagement throughout her career, which fuelled her desire to contribute to Future Faces and ultimately led to her wanting to take on the role of president.

Sarah Griffiths, whose appointment was confirmed at yesterday's annual general meeting at Albert's Schloss in Birmingham, said: "My vision for Future Faces is to continue our journey of growth and excellence.

"We will focus on enhancing opportunities on offer to our members, fostering a culture that empowers young professionals and giving them more opportunities to give back to our local communities. I am committed to supporting our talented committee to ensure that we remain on the incredible growth trajectory we’ve had over the last few years.”

The annual meeting was an opportunity for Future Faces members to reflect on the past year of achievements- including the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards 2024, which saw a wide range of talented young professionals as well as the youngest ever overall winner scoop awards across a variety of sectors.

Two new vice-presidents and new committee members were also appointed.
