HR firm celebrates 15 years in business

A Sutton Coldfield HR firm is celebrating its 15-year anniversary in business.

Colden HR was established in 2009 by founder and managing director Patricia Colden, with a goal to work in partnership with employers across all sectors to achieve success by implementing tailored management solutions.

Patricia and her team are advocates for a fair and ethical approach to people management.

She said: “We are proud to work with so many local businesses, including charities and school trusts, recognising that organisations, owner and managers are often time poor when it comes to proactively managing their most valuable assets – their staff. 

“This is why the team at Colden HR is always on-hand to provide strategic, proactive solutions to support businesses; often resolving HR issues before they arise!”

Patricia, who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and vice-chair of the Birmingham Branch Committee of CIPD, added: “We are delighted to be celebrating the milestone anniversary, and looking forward to celebrating with new and old business contacts at upcoming Chamber events!”
