Apprentices and graduates celebrated at Recognition of Learning event

ABP UK, one of Europe’s leading agrifood businesses and Hogarths Hotel in Solihull joined forces recently to host the inaugural Recognition of Learning Event.

The special occasion, held at Hogarths Hotel in Solihull, was dedicated to celebrating the achievements of ABP UK’s Apprentices and Graduates who have completed their training programs over the last 12-18 months.

The event brought together Apprentices, Graduates, Mentors, and supporters from ABP UK’s sites across the UK. It was a day of celebration, acknowledgment, and inspiration, highlighting the hard work and dedication of the individuals who are the future of the industry.

In his opening remarks, ABP UK’s CEO Bob Carnell, expressed the importance of nurturing early careers and the vital role apprentices and graduates play in the growth and success of the company. The highlight of the event was the presentation of several prestigious awards, recognising the outstanding contributions and achievements of the apprentices and graduates. These awards were based on nominations from mentors, mentees, and line managers, highlighting the exceptional dedication and hard work of these individuals.
