Access Skills Ltd, a leading provider of healthcare training and skills development, will be the headline sponsor of Birmingham Mind's upcoming 'Mental Elf' 5k Festive Fun Run at Cannon Hill Park on 1 December.

Birmingham Mind is one of the largest providers of mental health services in the city, and delivers a range of support that includes accommodation, 1-1 support, workshops, and workplace training sessions.

All of these are aimed at equipping individuals with the tools and resources they need to manage their mental health effectively.

As part of the ongoing partnership, Access Skills Ltd will also be facilitating training sessions for its staff on mental health awareness, fostering a culture of understanding and support within the workplace.

This is part of a broader commitment to promote well-being among employees and enhance their ability to support others.

Staff from Access Skills Ltd will be representing the organisation at Cannon Hill Park on 1 December alongside hundreds of fundraisers running and walking to raise funds for Birmingham Mind.
