Grounded Kitchen coming soon to Touchwood shopping centre

Touchwood shopping centre have announced they will be offering a new culinary experience with the arrival of Grounded Kitchen on 6 November, a new casual dining restaurant in Solihull. With a focus on Korean and Asian-inspired cuisine, the eatery combines fresh, balanced ingredients with bold and tantalising flavours.

Touchwood says Grounded Kitchen goes beyond just serving punchy flavours; it aims to support a healthier and happier lifestyle by using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Situated in Touchwood, the 100-seat restaurant is a great spot for shoppers to unwind and indulge in a nourishing lunch or dinner during the festive season and beyond.

Their menu offers a wide range of flavours to suit every palate, from their signature Bibimbap to comforting bowls of Udon.

In addition to their current fresh and bold dishes, Grounded Kitchen are preparing  new and exclusive dishes crafted specifically for the dine-in menu. Indulge in tempting Togarashi Prawns, Gyozas, and don't miss out on the Chuncheon Laksa, a deep, umami, and spicy experience.

Grounded Kitchen offers other popular dishes such as filling Ssambaps and Korean Baos, along with a refreshing range of Quencher drinks, perfect for rejuvenating yourself during a shopping spree.

While this will be the fourteenth store opening for Grounded Kitchen, it is only the second location to offer an exclusive dine-in menu.
