Future Faces manager takes part in salary guides panel event

Future Faces manager Sophie Poduval-Morrell recently took part in a panel event, discussing the Hays Salary Guide report.

Sophie was part of the panel alongside Nicola Fleet-Milne (founder and CEO of FleetMilne), Donna Clarke (director at Hays), Sukhdeep Matharu (CFO and head of Operations at Tata Motors European Technical Centre plc) and Johnny Dowd (HR director and VP of People & Culture at AAH Pharmaceuticals) and Tim Hall (director at Hays).

The panel featured a presentation from Philippa Smith, Client Engagement director at Hays, on their Salary Guide report for 2025.

Speaking about the event, Sophie said: “It was an honour to represent the young professionals of our region at this brilliant event! It was fascinating to hear from a range of industries on their hybrid working policy. The overall answer is communicate well with your employees.”
