UK Export Finance (UKEF) has announced its trade forum to help support businesses trading overseas.

The government agency leads with the statement: “We advance prosperity by ensuring no viable UK export fails for lack of finance or insurance, doing that sustainably and at no net cost to the taxpayer.”

Their expertise covers various aspects of financial support, including helping companies access the support they need to fulfil a contract, giving them the confidence to take on more contracts and increase their turnover.

Taking place on Thursday 23 November, the UK Trade and Export Finance Forum brings together finance and business leaders for a full day of presentations, case studies, panels, workshops and networking, covering the latest developments in export and trade finance.

Whether you are a UK supplier looking to export overseas or an international corporate considering long-term financing, this forum will provide you with updated insight and new business connections to support you in your export journey.

Marie Hall (pictured), head of region for the Midlands, Waltes and South West, encouraged businesses to come along to learn more about how they can support companies exporting.

She said: “Join us on the 23 November for an opportunity to hear from leaders in business and trade finance, as we celebrate export success and tackle the challenges facing exporters today.

“Whether you are a UK supplier looking to export overseas or an international corporate seeking long term financing, this forum will provide you with updated insight and new business connections to support you in your export journey.”
