First speaker announced for Quarterly Business Report launch
The first speaker has been confirmed for the upcoming Q2 Quarterly Business Report launch event organised by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC).
Jayne Hussey (pictured), head of the Mills & Reeve Birmingham office will be joining the panel at the upcoming Q1 Quarterly Business Report launch event.
Jayne is a commercial contracts specialist with a wealth of experience in advising businesses on complex supply chain arrangements, including outsourcing contracts, contract manufacturing arrangements and long term supply and purchasing agreements. The majority of Jayne’s work is cross-border.
She has worked with a range of businesses in putting in place complex contract arrangements critical to their business delivery, including supporting a FTSE 100 global engineering business on putting in place two global logistics contracts.
Jayne has a keen interest in supporting the automotive sector and is a member of the Drive Midlands advisory board.
The QBR offers an up-to-date snapshot of the performance of the Greater Birmingham business community. As the flagship economic publication of the GBCC, it is the most comprehensive regular report of its kind in the city-region.
Underpinning the report is data gathered from quarterly surveys completed by businesses from across the Greater Birmingham area.
GBCC have been committed to keep business moving by helping to connect, support and grow local businesses in Greater Birmingham throughout this uncertain time, and the intelligence gained from the QBR surveys is invaluable to meet this aim.
After a review of the latest GBCC Quarterly Business Report results, this event will explore how the influence of Greater Birmingham on the international stage.
