Financial advisors announce new senior appointment

Headpoint financial advisors has appointed Joseph Lowe (pictured) as an associate in the corporate finance team.

This appointment reflects Headpoint’s commitment to building its Midlands team in response to increased client demand and a growing pipeline of transactions.

As the firm continues to expand its presence, Joseph’s addition underlines Headpoint’s strategy to recruit high quality advisors.

Joseph has joined Headpoint from EY where he spent over three years in audit, becoming a fully qualified ICAEW chartered accountant, and working with clients operating across the built environment, house building and property development. He grew up in the Midlands and is a graduate of the University of Durham.

As an associate within the corporate finance team, he will be focused on providing M&A advice to our clients on a range of transactions.

Joseph’s arrival coincides with a strengthening deal environment and the expansion of Headpoint’s engagements.

The firm has completed a range of company disposals, acquisitions, and debt and equity capital raisings this year including the recent growth funding investment for Oxford Online Pharmacy by Rockpool.
